N.m - Terroir

The Sul de Minas, in Brazil, is an iconic coffee region characterized by its rolling hills, its moderate altitude(900–1,200 m), and its stable climate, perfect for consistent, high-quality production.

The coffees often offer a mild acidity, notes of chocolate, nuts, caramel, and a round texture. The region is dominated by small and medium-sized farms, with strong expertise in the naturaland pulped naturalprocesses, typical of Brazil.

M.n - Producer

N.f - Varieties

N.m - Processing method

This refers to the natural(or dry) process : the coffee cherries are not depulped before drying.

Leaving the cherry pulp to dry in the sun with the bean brings fruity notes and more body to the cup than the washed process.
