This is Celsius's original promise: precision in roasting , down to the degree Celsius. This remains true today, and not just in roasting: we strive to apply it equally to the selection of our green specialty coffees and our extraction processes.

We are guided by taste and aim for the highest possible quality. However, we know that taste is subjective, and that the real challenge is to appeal to consumers' palates while respecting our standards.

This is the tightrope we choose to walk, between progressive guidance in the world of specialty coffee and continuous research into exceptional products, for aficionados as well as occasional enthusiasts, avoiding any dogma or established rule.

Responsibility

Far be it from us to engage in "green" rhetoric as if ticking a box; at Celsius, we strive to always limit our carbon emissions and waste, but also to build a virtuous relationship across the entire supply chain. This includes, among other things, the eco-design of our packaging, cycling for transport, and the sharing of technical resources.

It also means paying a fair price for quality coffee, ensuring that coffee producers are fairly compensated. We want to build long-term relationships with them to contribute to the healthy and trustworthy development of the coffee industry.

Sincerity

A sincerity that we wish to find at all links in the chain: in our relations with our suppliers, in the transparency of the information disclosed about our products, and with regard to our customers in all our decisions and directions taken.

We try to provide as much information as possible, but don't hesitate to ask us if you are missing anything; curiosity is not such a bad thing.
