We are convinced that specialty coffee is still in its infancy.

Many wonderful years of exploration lie ahead of us, with new species, new varieties and even new fermentations.

This range will be our laboratory.

Nf - Patience

A choice had to be made for our young roastery: between consistently fast delivery and optimal freshness. Guided by taste, we chose the latter.

We roast once a week, so delivery may take a little while, but if you have an urgent need, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
