A beautiful jasmine tea, made from naturally grown green tea, and flavored with fresh jasmine flowers. Fresh and clear, it offers a deliciously fragrant cup with no bitterness. Equally delicious hot or cold brewed.

This jasmine tea uses a naturally grown green tea base, specially sourced from Guizhou producers for this occasion. The tea was then flavored using the enfleurage method, which involves direct contact with the jasmine flowers.

This technique involves blending the tea with fresh jasmine flowers to allow the leaves to absorb the jasmine's fragrance. The flowers are removed as soon as they begin to wilt, preserving only the most elegant fragrances and avoiding any astringency or other unwanted sensations. This process was performed three times to flavor Mao Feng Jasmine.

Brewing Tips

Teapot: 4g for 500ml, 1'30 to 2 min for the first infusion and 2 min for the second.
Temperature: 80/85°
Cold infusion: 7g per liter for 3 hours in the fridge or 10g per liter for 2 hours
The difference in length doesn't quite make up for the weight. The 10g version will be more punchy, while the 7g version will be more elegant.
For a second infusion, allow 7 to 8 hours (leaving a little of the first to start the mixture).
