Jin Xuan Oolong grown using organic farming methods in Nantou County, it offers a sweet and slightly creamy liquor, with indulgent aromas of biscuit, almond, and milk.
A simple but terribly effective Jin Xuan Oolong, organically grown in Nantou County. This is a mechanically harvested tea. From the initial rinse, the leaves exhale sweet scents of toasted bread and butter typical of the Jin Xuan cultivar, the origin of Milky Oolong. It offers a liquor full of sweetness and slightly creamy, with floral and milky aromas, delicate hints of bitter almond, and a deliciously caramelized finish.
