A simple yet remarkably effective Jin Xuan Oolong, organically grown in Nantou County. This is mechanically harvested. From the moment of rinsing, the leaves release sweet aromas of toast and butter, typical of the Jin Xuan cultivar, the origin of Milky Oolong. It offers a licorice full of sweetness and slightly creamy, with floral and milky notes, delicate hints of bitter almond, and a deliciously caramelized finish.
