An organic black tea grown in the Pathivara gardens, lost at an altitude of 2000m in the heart of the Himalayas.
Simrik offers spicy and woody aromas, enhanced by rounder notes reminiscent of forest honey. A fine minerality adds bite to this tea, whose liquor fills the mouth and flows very easily down the throat, one cup calling for another, while more fruity notes (stewed fruit/apple) reveal themselves over the course of the session.
An easy-drinking tea, yet more complex than it seems, gently warming the body. The perfect introduction to the richness of the Pathivara gardens.
