Straight from the lush gardens of Sakhejung, on the slopes of the Himalayas, this white tea is composed of many fluffy buds, which give it its beautiful silvery appearance.

They also manifest themselves on the palate, with a mellow and slightly powdery liqueur, without the slightest bitterness.
From wildflowers to subtle hints of citrus, the sweetness and freshness of this tea will make it a perfect companion for the summer season ahead!

From the moment you open the sachet, you're struck by the beautiful aromatic range of this tea. Almond takes center stage, revealing a delicious calisson, while the aromatic profile continues to develop in the cup, evoking wildflowers, balanced by delicate touches of citrus (mandarin) to add a touch of zest to the whole.


Brewing instructions

Teapot: 5g for 500ml, 3 min.
Temperature: 80 to 90°
Cold brew: 7g per liter and 2.5 hours in the refrigerator for the airy version
10g per liter and 1 hour 50 minutes in the fridge for a more pungent version
7 to 8 hours for a second infusion, which will be more interesting with a base of 10g/l
