To reach the cacao grown in Bajo Mira, Colombia, one must first travel to the Pacific coast island of Tumaco. In 2022, this island produced 3,200 tons of cacao, a significant portion of the 62,000 tons harvested nationwide.

Cocoa roasting is still a rare profession in France. The vast majority of chocolatiers buy ready-made chocolate and then create recipes and creations. Olivier and Maxence wanted to focus on the raw material, selecting the beans at the source, then roasting them and putting them through all the necessary steps to make a chocolate bar.
This craft is often called "bean-to-bar" and only concerns a tiny proportion of the chocolates sold in France.
It’s a real tasting experience, similar to what we offer with our specialty coffees.
