  • Introduction to tasting : the "cupping" method (standardized protocol for the coffee industry)
  1. Comparative sensory analyses to understand the differences between coffees: origins, fermentation processes, roasting, etc.
  2. Introduction to the Aroma Wheel
  • A First Step into the Mysterious World of Coffee Extraction : Espresso and Gentle Methods

You will leave with:

  • Maximum caffeine levels, enough to last several days without sleep
