Located at an altitude of 1800 meters in a pristine environment, the village of Jasbire is renowned for the quality of its produce. Beyond its commitment to clean and sustainable agriculture, our producer Sharad is an experienced tea maker who knows how to express the best of his terroir.
From a rather modest grade (a few buds, more or less broken leaves) he succeeded in making this very fine tea with a supple and lipidy liquor for sweet floral and fruity aromas.
A lovely freshness that contrasts with the more classic profile of Nepalese teas for a simple, everyday "little tea", but incredibly addictive.
An easy-drinking tea, but more complex than it seems, gently warming the body. The perfect introduction to discovering the richness of the Pathivara gardens.
